Phipps (Fleming); her spouse Milliard Isaac; her son-in-law Robert Rhodes; her granddaughter-in-law Laura Rhodes; her siblings, Beunos Watson (Walter), Ruby Ratliff, Mary Ruth Phipps, Fitchue James Phipps and Ray Phipps; and her sister-in-law Donna Phipps.
She is survived by: her daughter Marylou Rhodes; her grandsons, Robert A. Rhodes II and DeWayne Rhodes; her great grandchildren, Jason, Kaitlan, Blake (Marissa), Rebecca and Deborah; her great great grandchildren, Anya, Isley, Damian, Saphira and Rayna Rhodes; and her brothers, John Phipps (Virginia) and Roy Phipps.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Veterans Food Pantry.
