She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stemen and Mary Stemen (Sunnucks); and her brother Joel Stemen. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Campbell; and her children, Julie Hutson (David), Jeffrey Campbell, John Campbell (Teresa), Jennifer Nolte (Jason) and Joseph Campbell (Tracy). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

In Harriet's honor, memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice, The Allen County Humane Society, or an organization of the donor's choice.
