Simon of Lima, Ohio, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Simon and Hulda Simon (Brockman); his wife Phyllis Simon (Dunlap); his children, Scott Simon (Carol) of Ft. Wayne, Kimberly Probst of Aiken, SC and Phyllis'; his stepchildren, George "Terry" Lohr (Beth) of Lima, Jeff Lohr of Lima and Tonja Braun (Todd) of Bellefontaine; his grandchildren, Alex Freeman (Carlie), Zachary Simon, Sierra Shannon (Steffen), Alyssa Lohr, Caleb Lohr (Summer), Emily Lohr, Chase Braun, Cole Braun (Anya) and Cassidy Braun; his stepgrandchildren, Michael Sarno (Liz), Jason Sarno (Katie) and Amy Jackson (Joel); his sister LaVern Barr of St. Cloud, FL.; and his daughter Sheryl Freeman. He was also cherished by fifteen great-grandchildren.
