She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Joseph Freed Sr. and Joyce Eutsler (Whitehurst); her grandparents, Harman and Geneldia Whitehurst; her brother-in-law George "Slim" Matte; her niece Ashley Eutsler; and her stepfather Joe Fuerst.
She is survived by: her pet Cuddles; her siblings, Rhonda Kay Freed of Lima, Robert Freed Jr. (Karen) of Spencerville and Tana Matte of Lima; her stepfather Paul Eutsler of Wapakoneta; her stepsiblings, Mark Eutsler (Barbara) of Charleston, SC and Darlene Eutsler of Charleston, SC; and her uncle Lee Whitehurst (Gina). She is also survived by 6 nephews; 2 nieces; 3 great-nephews and 2 great-nieces.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
