She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Rudibaugh and Gladys Rudibaugh (Whitney); her sister Hilda Phillips; her nephew Steven Phillips; and her siblings-in-law, LaVerne Rudibaugh and Robert Phillips.

She is survived by: her brother Richard Rudibaugh of Chesapeake, VA; and her nieces and nephews, Karen Burden (Dennis), Rob Phillips (Lynne), Juli Phillips, Patti Breitigan (Clyde), Lori Keith (Mike) and Cindy Phillips. She is also survived by 11 great-nieces and nephews; 11 great-great nieces and nephews and one great-great-great niece.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Allen County Humane Society or the Lima Baptist Temple.
