He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerne F. "Dutch" Strayer and Geraldine Strayer (Detrick); and his brother Ray L. Strayer. He is survived by: his wife Wanda K. Strayer (Osmon); his children, Keith R. Strayer (Joan) and Ann S. Noone (Michael); his grandchildren, Tara Mustain (Kenton), Aaron Strayer (Erin) and Joseph Noone; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Cameron Mustain, Josephine and Amelia Strayer; and his sister-in-law Nancy Strayer.
