He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Yoakam and Lillian Yoakam (Kennel); and his wife Rachel DeVier Yoakam. He is survived by: his children, Kathie Amstutz (Michael) of Bluffton, Kenneth Yoakam (Cathy) of Bluffton and Kevin Yoakam (Heather) of Berea, Ohio; and his siblings, Roger Yoakam (Shirley) of Pickerington and Janet Blank (David) of Bluffton. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
