He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul "Russell" Cramer and Lillian Cramer (Armentrout). He is survived by: his wife Penny Cramer (Reese); his son Rodney Cramer; his sisters, Judy Crawford and JoAn Clyde; his grandchildren, Tyler Cramer of Taylor and Mackenzie Cramer; and his great grandchildren, Parker and Kathryn.
