He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan W. Steiner and Betty C. Steiner (Reichenbach); his father-in-law Arthur Schramm; and his siblings-in-law, Greg Schramm, Terry Miller and Nancy Schramm (McCafferty).
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Steiner (Schramm) of Bluffton; his children, Autumn Steiner of Sarasota, Florida and Evan Steiner (Amber) of Bluffton; his brother Daryl Steiner (Kathy) of Bluffton; his mother-in-law Gladys Reese (Gary) of Elida; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria Miller of Cairo, Sandra DeVoe of Rockford, Mary Lynne Dawson (Bob) of Shawnee, George Schramm (Kathy) of Columbus Grove, Steve Schramm (Nancy) of Beaverdam and Chuck Schramm of Lima. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
