He was predeceased by: his parents, Merril Arnold and Velma Arnold (Yant). He is survived by: his wife Pat Arnold of Cairo; his children, Debby Hilty of Lafayette, Mark Arnold (Sherry) of Mt. Vernon, Ann Jones (David) of Beaverdam and Lyle Arnold (Emily) of Peoria, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Dan Hilty (Kim), Diane Hilty, Denise McKenzie, Doug Hilty (Vicki), Melanie Cullen (Michael), Will Houston (Landra), Louise Jones, Bob Jones, Paul Britton, Christopher Britton and Jacob Arnold. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
