He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Evilsizer and Kathleen Evilsizer (Moran); his son Frank E. Evilsizer, Jr.; his stepson Stacy McGue; and his brother Jimmy Evilsizer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Evilsizer of Ada; his children, Christina Evilsizer of Leipsic and Andrew Rickenburg (Kate) of Bryan, Ohio; his stepsons, Charles McGue of Ada and Eric McGue (Chrissy) of Lima; and his siblings, Louise Watkins (Bill) of Bluffton, Maggie Donley of Bluffton, Rose McIntosh of Cleveland, Everett Evilsizer (Sharon) of Bluffton, Pat Ladrach (Kathy) of Elyria, Dan Ladrach (Diane) of Elyria and Bob Evilsizer (Kathy) of Clearwater, Florida.. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
