He is survived by: his sons, John Diaz, Frank Diaz Jr. (Michelle), George Diaz (Christine) and Mark Diaz; his grandchildren, Valanne Smith, Michael Diaz (April) and Zach Thomas; his great grandchildren, Aliyah White and Anthony Diaz; and his siblings, Olivia Marin (Gilbert) and Gonzalo Diaz Jr. (late Olga).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
