Hayson of Lima, OH and Carol Staley (Scott) of Lima, OH; her grandchildren, Robert Armentrout (Amy), Michael Armentrout (Becky), Timothy Armentrout (Cammie) and Erin Staley; and her great grandchildren, Amanda Rowe, Kelly Armentrout, Ian Armentrout, Claire Armentrout, McKenzie Armentrout, Parker Armentrout and Oliver Armentrout.
