She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Ray and Mary Lee Howard (Gipson). She is survived by: her son Travis Howard (Elizabeth Gipson) of Alger; her grandson Colton Wrangler Michael Howard; her siblings, Edgar Howard of Chicago, Bobby Joe Howard (Crystal) of Salyersville, KY, Billy Jack Howard of Lima and Tammy Stevens (Brian) of Salyersville, KY; and her close friends, David, Little Donny and Big Donny Gipson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bayliff & Son Funeral Home (311 W Main St, Cridersville, OH 45806).
