She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeno Mark and Ruth Fissel Sr. (Robinson); her brother Mark Zeno Fissel, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Ross Lohrber, Robert "Bob" Frater, Diane Fissel, Diane Frater and Lisa Frater.

She is survived by: her sons, Marty Ray Frater (Melissa) of Arlington and Christopher Lauren "Chris" Frater (Nicky) of Lima; her grandsons, Andrew Moneer of Findlay and Brandon Frater of Arlington; her former husband Raymond E. Frater (Ruth) of Toledo; her siblings, Jim Fissel of Huntsville and Susan Lohrber of Kenton; her siblings-in-law, Ruth Ann Fissel of Bellefontaine, Barbara Frater of Dunkirk, Dwight Frater of Dunkirk, Keith Frater of Wharton and Tom Frater (Alita) of Bowling Green; and her pet Alvin.
