It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn C. Monfort (Lima, Ohio), who passed away on February 14, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald Shulaw and Leila Shulaw (Shutt); her husband Floyd S. Monfort; her brother-in-law Norman L. Monfort of Lima, OH; her siblings, James Shulaw, Ira D. Shulaw and Helen Stringfield (Taz); and her sister-in-law Ruth Ann Monfort. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Deb's Dogs or the Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District.
