He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Sutherland and Willie Sutherland (Walker). He is survived by: his significant other Betty. He is also survived by 6 children; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and 3 sisters.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
