She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Russell and Goldie Lhamon (Lincolnfelter); her husband Larry "Joe" Cook; her children, Harry Thomas "Tim" Cook and Darla Jennings-Wilson; and her siblings, Faye Louise Coppler, Betty LaVonne, Roy Lhamon, Berl Lhamon and Bob Lhamon.

She is survived by: her daughters, June Marie Roman (Carlos "Yonncyn") of Lima, Sheryl LaRue (Doug) of Lima, Vicky Johnson (Lyle) of Lima, Karen "Marsha" Glick of Lima and Treva Ream (Jerry "Skip") of Lima; her sister Leatha "Ann" Greer (Dennis); and her sister-in-law Jenny Cook of Ada. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
