With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elmer E Ousley of Lima, Ohio, who passed away on February 20, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Ousley and Josie Ousley (Prater); his son Jeffrey Ousley; and his sisters, Vernie Robinson, Stella Rose, Eunice Price, Melba Puckett and Lois Speicher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen McLauren (Thomas) of Dublin and Susan Richards (Jeff) of Englewood; his grandchildren, Shawn Richards and David Richards; and his siblings, Adice "Bud" Ousley (Helen) of South Dakota, Hager Ousley of Morehead, KY and Judy Wireman (Chuck) of Alger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
