She is survived by: her parents, James Cook and Jo Ellen Cook (Golden); her spouse Toby Atkinson (Bryce); her daughters, Megan and Ella; her siblings, Gail Cook Blas (Francisco) and Christopher Cook (Tara); her siblings-in-law, Amy Atkinson, Stephanie Runyon and Joel Atkinson; her parents-in-law, Bryce Atkinson (Laura) and Jerri Merricle (Bill); and her stepgrandmother Esther Golden. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
