It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Effie Jean Combs of Lima, Ohio, born in Mousie, Kentucky, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Wicker and Cassie Wicker (Whitt); her husband William "Bill" Combs; and her siblings, Ruby Chaffins, Lucille, Paulene Gibson, Cleo "Deo" Berry, Buck Whitt, Arnold Sizemore, Sonny Wicker and Tooley Wicker.
She is survived by: her daughter Faye Garrison (Gary) of Walton Ky; her grandson David William Jamison; her great grandchild Colton Jamison; and her brother Elmer Wicker of Lima.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Garden of Love Regular Baptist Church in Jean's memory.
