He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Franklyn and Annie Marie Fish Sr. (Proctor); his brothers, Tim Fish and Rick Kidd; and his friend Bandit.
He is survived by: his sisters, Anita Swem (Ron) of Lima and Linda Marie Mullins; his daughter Destiny Slone; his nephews, Shawn Swem, Andrew Swem (Faith) and Zachary Swem; his niece Paityn Swem; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mav, Benny, John, Tasha, Kizzy, Kolista and Chelsea.
