He was predeceased by: his parents, Benard "Buss" Rhine and Helen [Grisby] Rhine; his former spouse Glistine Nichols; his spouse Cildrea Norton; his son Timothy Rhine Sr.; and his siblings, William "Bill" Rhine and Helen Sigmon.
He is survived by: his children, Lewis Rhine, Edmund Rhine (Lisa Sabovik) and Christine Newman (Brian Gilbert) of Lima, OH; his daughter-in-law Gail Rhine of Cridersville, OH; his stepsons, Greg Norton of Lima, OH and Chris Norton of Lima, OH; and his grandchildren, Amy Rhine Warnimont Mouk, Bobbie Rhine Clapper, Jackie Rhine, Heather Rhine Pina, Brian Sharp, Becky Sharp, Eddie Rhine, Brittney Downard, Carmen Rhine-Mclean, Tim Rhine Jr. and Jess Rhine. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren nieces and nephews.
