He was predeceased by: his father Douglas MacDonald. He is survived by: his mother Joanne MacDonald (Clutinger) of Harrod; his children, Heather Bishop (Zachary) of Cincinnati, Roy MacDonald (Connie) of Cincinnati and Joseph MacDonald of Van Wert; his grandsons, Benjamin and Charles Bishop of Cincinnati; his siblings, Rosalie MacDonald of Lima, Carol Starkey (Steve) of Lima, Janie Wireman (Clyde) of Bluffton, Stanley MacDonald (Terri) of Springfield, Darlene Yarnetsky (Jerry) of Oxford, OH and Sharon Sidders (Dick) of Bellefontaine; and his pets, Katie and Lady.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio Wildlife or the SPCA.
