She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Clayborn and Carina Clayborn (Miller); her husband Andrew Moore Ward Sr.; her children, Dorothy Johnson and Andrew "Andy" Moore Ward Jr.; her daughter-in-law Vicki Ward; and her siblings, Anna Lamb, Allen Perry and Wallace Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Hobbs, Patricia Ann Ward, Linda, Carolyn Ward, Barry Moore, Kenny Ward (Sissy), Vickie Callahan and Janice Shaw (Brit); her grandchildren, Angela Sims (Demetrius), LaShonda Toliver (Brandon), Lakesha Vallejo, Chandra Ward, Sharon Johnson, Barry Moore Ward, Jr., Marvin Ward, Nigel Ward, Jaron Ward and Nakia Ward; her great grandchildren, Xavion Ward, Khloe Emery Martin and Isaiah Maurice Ward; and her great great grandchild Ka Myah Washington. She is also survived by other grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
