Donna B. Spencer Obituary
Donna B. Spencer, 94, passed away 6:55 am, July 18, 2024 at the Greens.
She was born January 12, 1930 in Auglaize County, OH to Grover and Mary A. (Weatherby) Bowsher who preceded her in death. On June 26, 1948 she married Donald L. Spencer who preceded her in death on July 6, 2015.
Donna was a nurses aide at Lima Memorial Health Systems for 33 years. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene and had attended Cridersville Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include: a Son, Dennis (Shirley) Spencer of Lima; a Daughter, Ronda Spyker of New Haven, IN; Grandchildren - Tracy Lewis, Toni (Jerry) Irvin, Alan Willingham, Angie (James) Morgan, Scott (Rhonda) Patton; Great-Grandchildren - Ashley and Hollie Irvin, Andrew, Luke, and Caroline Willingham, Anna (Kyle) Marcon, Kate (Thad) Porter, Kyle and Lawson Minor, Isabella and Bryleigh Patton; 4 Great-Great-Grandchildren; Sister-in-law, Rhoda Bowsher of Lima.
She was preceded in death by: a Daughter, Sandra Spencer Patton Jones; a Granddaughter, Wendy Willingham; 3 Brothers, Carl Bowsher, Paul "Buddy" Bowsher, Nelson Bowsher; 2 Sisters, Betty Hutchison, Eileen "Susie" Darby.
Visitation will be from 4:00 until 7:00 pm Thursday, July 25 and from 11:00 am until time of services at Noon, Friday, July 26 at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES EASTSIDE CHAPEL with Rev. Jon Spyker and Rev. Ed Holmgren officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery.
