He was predeceased by: his son David A. Williams; and his siblings, Jack Williams, Betty Poling and Helen Shockey. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Rosalie Neu; his daughters, Joyce S. Dodge (Thomas) of Ada and Karen Brown (David) of Ada; and his grandchildren, Scott Dodge (Teia), Natalie Leonard (Chad), Michael Dodge, Greg Harris (Tiffany), Nicholas Harris, Jonathan Harris (Kristen) and Samantha Brown.
