He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Coman Gentry and Magdalene Gentry (Miracle); his wife Joyce K. Cheuvront April; his brother Michael Gentry (Linda) of Lima; his nephew Shaun Gentry (Erin) of Jackson, OH; his niece Lisa (Jonathan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ivy, Max, Sam, Piper, Sawyer and Thatcher; and his goddaughter Samantha McDaniel.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Shriners Hospital.
