He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Page and Rosemary C. Page (Smith); his close friend Patricia Northup; and his sister Shirley Ludwig (Bernie). He is survived by: his sons, Michael Page (Kathryn) and Andrew Page (Susette); his grandsons, Ethan Page and Zachary Page; and his siblings, Sheila Deitsch, Kathy Shockency (Chuck), David Page (Cindy), Phil Page (Sue) and Doug Page (Teresa). He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association at 200 E. High St. Lima, Ohio 45801.
