He was predeceased by: his daughter Stacy DeWitt; his grandsons, Jacob Garee and Christopher Garee Jr.; his great grandchild Braxton Mathew Patten; and his siblings, Ilene Fay, Alice Scott, Jack Rollins Jr., George Rollins and Roger Rollins.
He is survived by: his friend Cheryl Rollins; his children, Michelle Kersker, Matthew Patten (Heather), Donnie Patten (Megan), David Sampson, Brandy Garee (Chris) and Shawn Rollins (Krystal); his siblings, Randy Rollins and Terri Nuss; his brother-in-law Jim Fay; and his close friends, Jay and Brenda Hillard. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
