Williams (Winburn); his close friend Cynthia "Cindy" Oglesbee of Lima, OH; his daughters, Dyesha Perry (Porshia) of Phoenix, AZ and Danielle Brownlow of Dayton, OH; his stepchildren, Maurice Meeks of Lima, OH, Justin Meeks of Lima, OH and Falena Grigsby (Terrence) of Lima, OH; his grandsons, DaeQwan Williams, Davontae Williams and Sebastian Brownlow; his siblings, Rachelle Carter of Lima, OH, Linda Upshaw (Tim) of Lima, OH, Stacy Brown of Lima, OH, Marsha Dillard of Atlanta, GA, Dewayne Carter (Jeannetta) of Lima, OH, Raymond Williams (Kimberley) of Lima, OH, Jamie Williams of Lima, OH and Isaiah Williams (Laura) of Lima, OH; and his cousins, Cletus Cannon, Anthony Harris and Glen Seay. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
