He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford F. Cunningham and Martha L. Cunningham; and his wife Joyce M. "Sam" Sweeney Cunningham. He is survived by: his pets, Labrador and Pickles; his son Steve Cunningham (Jeannette Moening) of Beaverdam; his grandchildren, Jessica Marling, Tia Cunningham and Cody Cunningham; his great grandchild Marlee Cornett; his brother Keith Cunningham (Carol) of Lima; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Brickner (Dan) of Elida, Phyllis Provanche of Wapakoneta, Beverly Sweeney of Vandalia and Carol Sweeney of Lima. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Deb's Dogs or The Salvation Army.
