She is survived by: her children, Cary Kellum (Patrick) of Lima, Greg Belcher (Patty), Jeff Belcher (Betty) and Kevin Belcher (Jamie); her grandchildren, Aaron Kellum, Kyle Belcher, Treyson Belcher, Grace Kellum, Alyssa Smith and Kirsten Belcher; and her brothers, Ronald Tarr of Ohio and David Tarr of Ohio. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
