He was predeceased by: his wife Betty M. Noffsinger (Widmark); his children, Neil Scott Noffsinger and Pamala Allen (Gary); and his brothers, Raymond Noffsinger, Joe Stouffer and John Stouffer.
He is survived by: his daughter Colleen Harter (Doug) of Delphos; his grandchildren, Angela Cover (Michael) of Powell, OH, Jennifer Hallard (Aaron) of Bloomington, IN, Greg Allen (Donna) of Laguna Beach and Mindy Gillen (Rob) of Lima; and his great grandchildren, Julianna Cover, Dylan Cover, Lily Hallard, Audrey Hallard, Lauren Allen, Kate Allen, Bailey Gillen and Savannah Gillen.
