She was predeceased by: her half-sister Monica McCollum. She is survived by: her parents, Larry J. McCollum of St. Marys and Laura "Lori" Eutsler of Bluffton; her wife April McCollum of Lima; her brother John McCollum (Tiffany) of Bluffton; her half-sister Mandi McCollum of Troy; her nephew Isaiah McCollum of Bluffton; and her niece Lilianna McCollum of Bluffton. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and her fur babies.
