She was predeceased by: her son Avery William Cunningham; and her sister Angel Wells. She is survived by: her stepfather Jim Wells of Kenton; her son Gage Michael Cunningham of Lima; her brother William L. "Billy" Miller (Laurie Watt) of Lafayette; and her stepchildren, Eric M. Cunningham (Robert Burras) of Shawnee, Matthew D. Cunningham (Amy) of Lima and Lindsay McCormick (Aaron) of Cridersville.
