He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Roberts and Felicite Roberts (LaFortune); his great grandchild Amelia; his brother Ron Roeder (Dorothy); and his nephew Ron Roeder, Jr..
He is survived by: his former wife Angelia Cummings of Summerville, GA; his children, Josh Roberts of Lima, OH and Nicole Flood (Wendell) of Menlo, GA; his grandchildren, Alayna Roberts of Lima, OH, Rebecca Clark (Josh) of Lima, OH, Sarah Sprague (Anthony Rose) of Lima, OH, Jay Sprague, Jr. of LaFayette, GA, David "Dave" Sprague of Menlo, GA, Eli Flood of Menlo, GA, Emily Sprague of Menlo, GA and Justin Sprague of Menlo, GA; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Nathan, Winston and Anthony; his siblings, Phillip "Phil" Roberts (Pat) of Dayton, OH, Urgelle Roberts (Judy) of Dayton, OH, Nancy Legge (John) of Waynesfield, OH, Sherry Petroschek (Steve) of Bellefontaine, OH and Donald "Don" Roberts; and also, Curtis Edwards of Spencerville, OH and Keith Edwards of Wapakoneta, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
