He is survived by: his wife Vikki Williams; his children, Mark Phillips (Rebecca), Nikki Boyed (Chris) and Travis Williams; his siblings, Kim Conkle (Russ), Karen Burden (Dennis), Robert Phillips (Lynne), Patti Breitigan (Clyde), Juli Phillips and Lori Keith (Mike); his sister-in-law Cindy Phillips; and his grandchildren, Janelle Phillips, Alexis Phillips, Norah Phillips, Michael Boyed, Kaylynn Boyed, Heather Boyed, Shelby Williams and Victoria Williams.
