He was predeceased by: his parents, George Walter and Ada Liolynn Nice (Dixon). He is survived by: his brother Dick Nice (Linda) of Lima; his nieces, Nicole Nice Helmick (Brent) and Tricia Nice Dilworth (Rich); his nephew Marc Nice (Lacy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Coner, Mason, Hayden Helmick, Cal, Brynne, Lydia, Dawson, Whittaker, Vivian Dilworth, Logan and Ian Nice.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association the NRA or Shawnee Alliance Building Fund.
