He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray M. Wilkins and Hazel Wilkins (Jennings); his wife Carolyn K. Wilkins (Traucht); his children, Debra Sneary (Tom) of Lima, OH, Denny Wilkins (Debrah) of Lima, OH and Vicki Hilty (Doug) of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Shane Sneary (Heather), Nicole Siefker (Seth), Aundrea Fricke (Bruce), Jeremy Wilkins, Aaron Robnolte (Shannon), Amanda Lear (Will) and Jamey Wilkins; and his sister Donna Carter (Roy). He was also cherished by 14 great grandchildren.
