It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Lamar (Lima, Ohio), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 7, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Genevieve Katorya Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Frank; her daughter Saundra Grimes of Las Vegas, NV.; her stepchildren, Frank J. Lamar, Jr. of Lima, Ralph Lamar (Andrea) of Lima, Tracy Lamar of Lima and Regina Lamar of Cincinnati, OH.; her half-sister Karan Bunch (Robert) of Troy, OH.; her stepsisters, Lorraine Hudgins of Troy, OH and Vickie Evans (Curtis) of Huber Heights, OH.; and her cousin Jeannie Davis. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 14 great-grand-children and 2 step-great-grandchildren.
