He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Moore and Julia Ann Hiatt (Magoto); and his niece Taylor Cox. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Berg (Christopher) of Versailles, Ohio, Dianne Hiatt of Carmel, Indiana and Timothy Hiatt of Ft. Myers, Florida; and his friends, Brittany Salyers of Lima and Vivian Salyers of Lima. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Contributions may be made to the Darke County Humane Society.
