He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Marshall, and Virginia Ann Cottrel Marshall, Sr.; and his brother Barry Marshall. He is survived by: his children, Charles Marshall, III of Lima, David Anderson, Peggy Smith of Lima and Ann Marie Rex of Lima; and his siblings, Paul Marshall of Lima, James Marshall (Glennda) of Lima and Patricia Roeder of Lima. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
