He was predeceased by: his parents, Chad Clemons and Connie Mae Clemons (Stemen); his wife Tonya Kay Clemons (Riley); his grandson Chad Clemons IV; his sister Marlene Clemons; and his brother-in-law Eric Kannard.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Corey Moore of Lima, Monica M. Jolly of Jackson Center and Chad Clemons, III of Lima; and his siblings, Darlene Garin (Don) of Lima and Willard Clemons (Cynthia) of Lima. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
