Owens-Brown (James, Sr.) of Lima and Teresa J. Owens-Watkins of Lima; and her siblings, Lindsey Manley, Ulice Manley, Depree Manley, Robert Manley, Rev. C. M. Manley, Ruby M. Brown of Lima and Ernestine Harris of Alabama. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
