It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn F. Mayer of Lima, Ohio, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Dye and Gladys Dye (Light); her daughter Theresa Mayer; and her siblings, Janice Roush (Bill), Donald Dye, Sr., Cheryl Perkins, Candice Thomas (Daniel) and Kevin Dye.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Zachary, Courtney and Kyle; her husband Delbert J. Mayer of Lima, OH; her children, Jeffrey Mayer (Jodi) of Lima, OH, Vicki Cohn (Barry) of Dayton, OH, Ronald Mayer (Diane Williams) of Lima, OH, Kevin Mayer (Dawn Greenwood) of Lima, OH, Dale Mayer (Kathryn Hunlock) of Columbus Grove, OH and Melissa Mayer (Kevin Alves) of Lima, OH; her sibling Jerry Dye, Jr. (Shirley) of Lima, OH; and her siblings-in-law, Lisa Dye of Lima, OH and Daniel Thomas of Lima, OH. She is also survived by twenty five grandchildren, thirty six great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
