She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Strick and Myrtle Strick (Cotterman); her spouse Dale Hoffman; her daughters, Cheryl Hoffman and Sharon Hoffman Carmack; and her siblings, Julius Strick and Ruth Hoff.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Hoffman (Theresa) of Lima and Sue Young (Les) of Harrod; her sisters, Joyce Baer of Van Wert and Glenna Strick of Dayton; her grandchildren, Tess Gren (Ryan), Sarah, Mitchell Hoffman, Danielle, Samantha Carmack, Wyatt and Britt Young; and her great grandchildren, Daniel, Scarlett, Jacob Gren, Akila and Kayden Carmack.
