He is survived by: his parents, Billie Blevins and Marion Blevins (Inghram); his wife Leah Blevins (Keiser); his brothers, Jerry Allen Blevins (Rhonda) and Robert Kenneth Blevins; his aunts, Dee Clay, Joyce Taflinger (TJ), Donna Gail (Calvin Thompson) and Pat Blevins; and his pets, Hunny Bear, Sebastian, Natasha, Heinrich and Wolfgang. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
