He is survived by: his wife Cathy Smith (Henderson) of Lima, OH; his children, Robin Smith of Lima, OH, Joey Smith of Lima, OH and Joshua Smith (Lena Sacks) of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Trenton Lewis of Celina, OH, Brooke Lewis of Celina, OH, Chloe Frysinger of Lima, OH, Dustin, Blain, Riley, Codey Smith and Bailey Webb; his siblings, Mona Harris (Kevin) of Fort Worth, TX, Marsha McCoy of Fort Worth, TX, Betty Carpenter (Bob) of Mendon, OH and Dean Smith (Debra) of Elgin, OH; his mother-in-law Janice Henderson of Cridersville, OH; and his pets, Maggie and Minnie. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
