He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Griffith and Polly Prater Griffith; and his siblings, Ken Griffith, Grover Griffith, Paul Griffith, Erma Wauben and Glena Faye Griffith.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Griffith (Tereasa) of Lima, John W. Griffith (Tammy) of Lima, Jack Griffith (Laura) of Gaithersburg, Maryland and Lisa Lake (Du) of Fredericktown, Ohio; his grandchildren, John Ryan, Justin, Jamie, Jennifer, Luke and Nick; his great grandchildren, Ayden, Cade, Clay, Lincoln, Grayson, Jovie and Brody; and his sister Joyce Diltz (Ken) of Cloverdale, Ohio..
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bayliff & Son Funeral Home (311 W Main St, Cridersville, OH 45806). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
